2011 MARKET STATISTICS (compiled in Mid-January 2012)
- Average selling prices for all Sedona residential property (excluding condos)
that sold during 2011 was $434,566 - decreased less than 1% compared with
2010 ($437,739.
- However, average prices remain 20% higher than 2002 ($348,779).

Luxury Market statistics for Sedona, AZ
- In Sedona's $1 Million plus luxury market the median price of
sold homes during 2011 was $1.575M with 17 sales - and was $1.280M and increase of 23% compared with the same number of sales 2010, while
the average price per square foot (probably a better measurement)
increased approximately 15% ($295 psf in 2010 and $341 in 2011). While sales volume in this segment
of the market has dropped back to 2003 levels, prices
have generally continued to trend up, with the median price
in 2011 15% higher than 2004.

the number of transactions was exactly the same in 2010 and 2011, while the median
